This tutorial introduces the flight reservation application that will be used for the rest of the tutorials.

Notes:
• The flight reservation application is pre-installed with QTP
• Using the flight reservation, you can book a flight between two cities, including modify or delete and existing reservation.
• You can also fax a reservation to a customer with your personalized signature.
• Flight Booking has a section of reports and charts that helps you analyze ticket sales trends.
• A small number of reserves were pre-populated for any new agent, so you do not have to create test data.
• The application has been designed to help you learn all the features provided by QTP. Sometimes you can find this buggy application, but your approach should not be the technical accuracy of the application, but in its use as a tool, to learn several QTP features.
