“Study Certificate jointly issued by the Head Master of school and Block Education Officer (BEO) clearly mentioning that the candidate had studied 10 years in Hyderabad-Karnataka region before January 1, 2013,

Birth Certificate issued by the Commissioner of City Municipal Council or Village Accountant confirming the candidate was born in region,

Domicile Certificate issued by tehasildar clearly confirming that the candidate had lived in the region for 10 years before 01.01.2013,

Marriage Certificate issued by Sub-registrar confirming at least one of the spouses belonged to the region and

a certificate issued by tehsildar that confirms the candidate’s parents were born in Hyderabad-Karnatak region.

Production of any one certificate before the Assistant Commissioner would be enough for getting Eligibility Certificate,

Residence certificates should be issued by the Tehsildar, study certificates by the head of the institution countersigned by his senior officer, self declaration of home town is valid for government employees.
