The Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission (समग्र सामाजिक सुरक्षा कार्यक्रम) under the Samajik Nyay Sanchalan (Directorate of Social Justice, 1250 Tulsi Nagar Bhopal Madhya Pradesh MP – सामाजिक न्*याय संचालनालय 1250, तुलसीनगर भोपाल मध्य प्रदेश) designed and developed online official website samagra.gov.in with the help of National Informatics Center (NIC – राष्ट्रीय सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र) which provides the Login ID facility to the citizens and their family who resident in the MP state. Through the samagra (SSM) department in the state various welfare schemes is provided for the workers cadre (राज्य में श्रमिक संवर्ग), peoples living below the poverty line (गरीबी रेखा के नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाले), olds / elders (वृद्धजनों), girls (कन्याओं), widows (विधवाओं), deserted (परित्यक्ताओं) and disable persons (निःशक्तजनों). Many new schemes have launched through the concerned administrative department by the honorable chief minister’s view of the recommendations for various panchayat regime.

The comprehensive social security program (samagra samajik suraksha mission – समग्र सामाजिक सुरक्षा कार्यक्रम) setup in 2010 under the resolution passed number 37 in the assembly (विधानसभा) of Madhya Pradesh (मध्य प्रदेश) and to operate by the state and central government all these plans (केन्द्र शासन द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं) easy and simple access to beneficiaries and their intended results have been taken to give effect to the effort. It is inter departmental (अन्तर्विभागीय) and government-wide (शासन-व्यापी) exercise, which is required of all departments’ initiatives and partnerships.

The benefits of the such welfare programs (जनकल्याणकारी कार्यक्रमों का लाभ) run by the government is given to the state public while in the other hand particularly weaker sections of society, women and men engaged in specific job, also the coordination between these programs, their similarity or uniformity among the various ingredients prescribed rates (निर्धारित वित्तीय दरों के बीच समानता), simplification of service delivery processes is being monitored from one point of service delivery and the overall availability of services they need for better dissemination.

The following programs, better coordination between the state government and their ingredients (कार्यक्रमों के बीच बेहतर तालमेल) as possible to overcome their deep differences were tested:

Ø Madhya Pradesh MP Chief Minister Hand-Card and Bicycle Rickshaw Driver Plan 2009 (Mukhyamantri Hath-Thela evam Cycle Rickshaw Chalak Yojana – मुख्*यमंत्री हाथ-ठेला एवं साइकिल रिक्शा चालक योजना)

Ø Madhya Pradesh MP Hammal and Tulavati Welfare Plan 2008 (Hammal evam Tulawati Kalyan Yojana – हम्माल एवं तुलावटी कल्याण योजना)

Ø Madhya Pradesh MP Building and Operating Plans of the Board of Worker 2004 (Bhawan evam Anya Sanirman Karmkar Manda ki Sanchalit Yojana – भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण कर्मकार मंडल के संचालित योजनाएं)

Ø To simplify rules and procedures. (नियम एवं प्रक्रिया को सरलीकृत करना)

Ø Providing transparency and computerized information through website. (पारदर्शिता एवं कम्प्यूटरीकृत जानकारी वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध कराना।)

Ø Facility for beneficiaries to provide all in one place as possible. (हितग्राही के लिए यथा संभव एक ही स्थान पर सभी सुविधा मुहैया कराना।)

Ø Plans and programs to disseminate information. (योजना एवं कार्यक्रम की जानकारी का प्रचार-प्रसार करना।)
