RTO Management system: This project uses the programming language Vb.net and the SQL Server database. This project is used for keeping the records of the people which came to apply for license and the names of the people who were passed in the license test. Initially the name of a person, DOB, gender and all the complete information will be saved database. Next they have to answer a simple sign test as to check the amount of knowledge they have regarding road signs. This is an online test. All the answers will be saved in the database. The system calculates the marks. If the answer is correct, the marks will be added to +1 else the marks will be added with +0. If the total marks exceeds 15, then that particular person is passed else failed. The admin can view the person’s exam report with green colour specifying as passed and red colour specifying as failed and need to give a retest. After passing the sign aptitude test, each person will be given schedule for giving the actual driving license test. For this, he/she must submit the required copies and a date, time, place of test will be generated which will also be saved in the database under the person’s name. After the driving license test, if he/she have passed, then again the report shows in green colour else in red colour and need to give a retest again for the exam schedule date will provided. Next process for the people who has passed is to create a Driving license card. For this he/she must provide their correct names, address information, DOB, gender as well as an image of their own. Within 30 days, the license will be handed to a particular person after whom the admin can make their report detail as complete. Now their information will can be viewed in the license tab.
