An underwater windmill as a device that draws energy from the tides. Renewable energy technologies are becoming an increasingly favorable alternative to conventional energy sources to calm issues related to fossil fuels. The energy of the tides offers a wide and reliable source of energy. This technology is similar to wind power technology, with rotor blades driven not by wind power but by tidal currents. The gravitational attraction of the moon produces a rapid tidal current, which rotates the turbine's long blades. Which in turn produces electricity through different parts of the underwater windmill. This energy derived from the moon that now helps feed a small Arctic village.
