hi am akshay i would like to get details on underwater windmill ieee journal pdf .. my friend  mannan said underwater windmill ieee journal pdf will be available here and now i am living at shirpur and i last studied  in college rcpit shirpur and now i am  doing engineering  i need help on underwater windmill..

An underwater windmill as a device that draws energy from the tides. Renewable energy technologies are becoming an increasingly favorable alternative to conventional energy sources to mitigate problems related to fossil fuels. Tidal power offers a broad and reliable power source. This technology is similar to wind power technology, with rotor blades driven not by wind power but by tidal currents. The gravitational attraction of the moon produces a rapid tidal current, which turns the long blades of the turbine. Which in turn produces electricity through different parts of the underwater windmill.
