Until the last decades, a million kilometers of cables are tangled in the air across the country. But it is currently in the subsoil, which is larger than an earlier method. Because underground cables are not affected by adverse weather conditions such as pollution, heavy rains, snow and storm, etc. But when there is a problem with the cable, it is very difficult to find the exact location of the fault because you do not know the exact location of the cable. Day by day, the world is being digitized so the project aims to find the location of the fault in digital form. When fault occurs, the repair process related to that particular cable is very difficult. Cable breakdown occurs mainly due to many reasons. They are: inconsistent, any defect, cable weakness, insulation failure and breakage of the conductor. To overcome this problem, here is a project to know underground cable fault distance locator, used to find fault location for underground cable.
