A carburetor is a device that combines air and fuel for an internal combustion engine in the ratio suitable for combustion. It is sometimes colloquially reduced to carb in the United Kingdom and North America or carby in Australia. Carburetting (and therefore carburation or carburation, respectively) is to mix air and fuel or to equip (a motor) with a carburetor for that purpose. A burette or burette is a device for measuring liquids accurately.
Working:
The gas from the flotation chamber enters the Venturi through a discharge jet. Atmospheric air passing through the air filter enters the venturi from another side. The air enters the Venturi at a higher pressure, thus breaking the drops of gasoline into fine particles. This mixture of air and fuel flows to throttle throttle valve. The amount of mixture entering the engine is controlled by the throttle. When the throttle is fully closed, the engine will stop and stop. To overcome this, an inactive system is used. Even when the throttle is fully closed, a small amount of air-fuel mixture reaches the engine through an inactive propeller present just in front of the throttle throttle valve. This mechanism prevents the engine from going out.
