Hi i am sanjay i want to get vocational traning report of indian railways specially in the field of wagon manufacturing.
report based on the problem occuring while manufacturing of wagon and also give the solution for it.

The Indian Railways (IR report mark) is a state-owned national carrier and responsible for rail transportation in India. It is owned and operated by the Government of India through the Ministry of Railways. It is the third largest rail network in the world comprising 119,630 kilometers (74,330 miles) of total route and 92,081 km (57,216 miles) of a raceway on a route of 66,687 km (41,437 miles) with 7,216 stations at the end of 2015-16 . In 2015-16, IR transported 8,107 billion passengers per year or more than 22 million passengers per day and 1.101 billion tons of cargo annually. By the end of 2015-16, the total length of the route was 68,525 km (42,579 miles), 28,327 km (17,602 miles) or 45% were electrified and 28,371 km (17,629 miles) or 37% were dual or multiple routes line. The rail network is predominantly a wide wide net. Small stretches of the grid use narrow gauges and meters. All electrified lines use electric traction of 25 kV AC.

IR operates long-distance and suburban rail systems. IR performed on average 13,313 passenger trains daily in 2015-16. Trains have a five-digit numbering system. Express trains, the most common types, operate at an average speed of 50.9 km / h. By the end of 2015-16, IR rolling stock comprised more than 251,256 freight cars, 70,241 passenger vehicles and 11,122 locomotives (39 powered by steam, 5,869 by diesel fuel and 5214 by electricity). It also has production facilities for locomotives and buses in various locations in India.

IR is the eighth largest employer in the world and had 1,331 million employees by the end of 2015-16. In 2015-2016, IR had revenues of $ 1,683 billion ($ 26 billion), consisting of freight gains of $ 1,069 billion ($ 17 billion) and passenger profits of $ 442.83 billion ($ 6.9 billion). It had an operating ratio of 90.5% in 2015-16.
