please i want washing machine control using 8051 microcontroller for my seminar

Many wash m / c shell on the market has controlled mechanical sequence to activate the timer and the round trip sequence for your motor; The washing motor or the spinning motor. The control of the turning motor only has only one direction, and its simple could be changed to the discrete mechanical timer that they sell in the market. But the control of the washing engine has 2 direction for this purpose, it means to tighten the clothes, it must go forward and then inverted. The sequence is as follows:

Ü First, go forward for a few seconds

Ü Stop, while the camera keeps spinning

Ü Secondly, reverse the direction again for a few seconds

Ü Stop, while the camera keeps spinning

Ü And so on, forward and backward, until the timer has elapsed

Washing machine work

The direction of rotation can be controlled when the switch S1 is in position A, the coil L1 of the motor directly receives the current, while the coil L2 receives the current with a phase shift due to the capacitor C. Thus the rotor rotates in The sense of clockwise. 2 (a)). When switch S1 is in position B, the reverse occurs and the rotor rotates counterclockwise. Thus, the switch S1 can change the direction of rotation. The motor can not be reversed instantly. A short pause is required between the switching directions, or it may be damaged. For this purpose, another rotation direction control timer (IC2) is used. It is performed with an IC 555. This timer gives an alternating "on" and "off" duration of 10 seconds and 3 seconds, respectively. Thus, after every 10 seconds of running (either clockwise or counterclockwise), the motor stops for 3 seconds. The values of R3 and R4 are calculated accordingly. The master timer is made with IC555 monostable (IC1) and its "on" time is decided by the resistance of the 1 mega ohm VR potentiometer. A 47 kilo ohm resistor is added in series so that even when the VR knob is in the zero resistance position, the net series resistance is not zero.
