This software explains the test cases for the library management system. Software testing is a critical element of software quality assurance and represents the latest revision of specification, design and coding. The test presents an interesting one of a system that uses several test data. The preparation of test data plays a vital role in testing the system. After the preparation of the test data, the test system is tested in the system under study. Errors were found and corrected using the following test steps and corrections are recorded for future reference. Therefore, a series of tests is performed on the system before it is ready for implementation.
The development of software systems involves a series of production activities where the opportunities for human error injection are enormous. Errors can begin to occur at the very beginning of the process where objectives may be erroneously or imperfectly specified, as well as in later stages of design and development. Due to the human ability to perform and communicate with perfection, software development is followed by assurance activities.
Quality assurance is the review of software products and related documentation for their integrity, correctness, reliability and maintainability. And, of course, it includes assurances that the system meets the specifications and requirements for its intended use and performance. The different levels of quality assurance are described in the subsections below.
