tata steel principles of management by fayol

I have a project on fayol's principles of management in an industrial unit. I have chosen a steel fabricatiom unit. I want to know how can i write their job with relation to the principles, so i want to know how tata steel is related with Fayol's principles of management. Please help me soon.
