The main objective of the Gas Agency Management System project is to create a computerized system to invoice and maintain the stock and increase the efficiency of the manual process. Customers will make phone calls to the Gas Agencies and give an order request, then the gas agencies will deliver the gas cylinders to their address based on their demand and previous delivery date. The customer name, address and stock data are stored in a database. A customer order for the gas bottle can only be accepted after completing some period of the previous delivery. This makes billing for the customer easier and is based on the calculation of the customer's invoice database to the customer.
The speed of the count and the capacity of the gas bottle can be maintained and easily loaded using this system. The customer data is stored in the reservation record, including the reservation number, when he releases the gas cylinder.
The customer will call and give an order request to the gas agencies. Gas Agencies then deliver the gas bottles to your address based on your claim and previous delivery date. Customer data such as name, address and stock data are stored in a database. Based on this the billing for a customer is made. A customer order for the gas bottle can only be accepted after completing some period of the previous delivery.
The availability of gas cylinders in the gas agency can be verified using the stock record to determine the number of refills, filled, empty, defective and recharge price.
