step 1
First get EVDO That dont use sim saying campanys evdo that have no sim and have internet connection you may get it from ethio telecom user
Step 2
connect the free evdo(step1) you get from ethio telecom worker use windows os system
after connecting and geting internet
Step3
go to run .type .cmd
type. ipconfig /all look for mac address and copy it to you computer using notepad etc..
and give back the evdo to the person that give you
step4
befor buying evdo
google it and see mac address can be changed
if so by it.
step5
now you have your evdo with no sim connect to pc
then change the mac address of 3g using any software .to mac address you saved be for.

after mac address changed .see all numbers are changed.
disconnect then reconnect to pc if the mac address is fully changed.
connect to internet using the old move #777 u etc pass etc .
if u are connect to internet.
