summer training report on mahindra and mahindra
Our greatest asset is our people. Engrained in our core purpose of inspiring people to Rise, our employee value proposition is captured by the acronym, CAPable People, REAL Experience. It sums up what we want to be known for as an employer, and embodies the promise that at Mahindra, you have the opportunity - and the right set of tools - to be the very best you can be.Derived from our core purpose, these elements comprise what we expect from our people, and in turn, how we empower them to live the brand every day.
P - Drive Positive Change in the Lives of Customers and Communities
We expect everyone at Mahindra to work for the greater good, to advance humankind, and make the world a better place. A significant part of our job is to create lasting, positive change in the lives of the customers and communities we serve.
The Mahindra Experience
The elements below describe the culture and operating environment we aim to create for our people, in which they can thrive and display CAPable People behaviours outlined above.
AL - Abundant Learning Opportunities
At Mahindra, we listen and learn every day. Constant learning constitutes a fundamental aspect of the Mahindra Experience, with abundant learning opportunities at every level, and an environment that encourages constant learning
Indian cos. especially the older ones do not have a systematic internship program. Most of the manufacturing based companies provide internship mainly due to the requirements of the companies act. I have worked for Tata motors in the past and have interacted with students interning there. If you are looking for an internship on shop floor then the best way is to get recommended by an employee working in the plant. You can contact your seniors working in automobile sector or reach out to people via social network. M&M will demand a lot from you and hence will be a better option. Tata motors is not very demanding and your boss will only see you as a means to pass his own time. For an internship in R&D better join firms like tata technologies.
Our story was cast and hewn in India’s steel industry in 1945, and today, we’re a US $16.9 billion global federation of companies. Famous for our rugged and reliable automobiles, some also know us for our innovative IT solutions, and others for our commitment to rural prosperity.
