JBM Group’s Summer Internship Program is a two-month long training with the company (April to June). The programme caters to students from premier Engineering Colleges and B-schools.

An internship or summer training is an excellent opportunity to explore JBM, our organization, our working methods and our corporate culture. JBM Group believes that active interaction between academics and industries is mutually beneficial; hence we provide platform for Engineering and Management students for industrial visits and in-plant projects in addition to usual apprenticeships for ITI students:

For in-plant projects, we select the students from pre-decided institutions. The students will be given specific projects and guidance for completing them.
Summer Training Program shall be conducted at plant locations – Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Manesar, Haridwar, Pantnagar, Chennai and Pune and at Corporate Office Gurgaon.
There are predefined modules to choose from, depending upon the Training Locations.
