It is good to see that you aspire for training / internship in PSUS which is not only good for your improvement of knowledge, but also for future career opportunities. You can certainly continue your training / internship of PSUS like BEL, NTPC, BHEL, etc... But for that you need to follow a certain procedure.

However, obtain internship is really hard that the UPE recruited trainees from the best institutes in the country and on the dismissal of employees in good rank. Thus, it is difficult for other students to have a chance of placement in them. However, you can request training.

Training dates are flexible which usually start at the beginning of each month and have a duration of one month. The cost of training varies from one branch to another and depends on the course you are pursuing. If you are son of his employee, you can do it for free.

You must contact or write to the HR of the concerned PSU branch where you want to continue training / internship, training / internship and get information about it. You can also take the help of all high-ranking officials to do the same. After that, you must complete an application form, submit it to the letter of the NOC and demand draft of training costs. If you contact with an employee, you can easily follow a training / internship with his / its reference.
