Hi am Yesuf i would like to get details on micro c density adaptive traffic light codes using pic 16f877a ..My friend Abebe said micro c density adaptive traffic light codes using pic 16f877a will be available here and now i am living at ......... and i last studied in the college. I have done with my full potentioal but I can't finish the project. Please help me out.

Today traffic congestion is a serious problem. Traffic congestion can also be caused by large delays of red light, etc. The respective light delay is coded at the traffic light and does not depend on traffic. In this work we studied the optimization of the traffic light controller in a city using a microcontroller. The system tries to reduce the possibilities of traffic jams, caused by traffic lights, to a certain extent. The system is based on raspberry-pi. The system contains the IR transmitter and the IR receiver which are mounted on both sides of roads respectively. Based on the count of different vehicles, the raspberrypi takes desicision and updates the semaphore delays as a result. Thus, based on the vehicle count, raspberry-pi defines different ranges of traffic light delays and updates corresponding ones. This registered vehicle count data can be used in the future to analyze the traffic condition at the respective semaphores connected to the system. For proper analysis, the registration data can be downloaded to the controller through the communication between raspberry-pi and the computer will then send the correct signal into the LED lights. In the future in this system can be used to inform people about the traffic conditions different places.
Road traffic control, which was carried out exclusively through human effort, is ineffective due to the increase in the speed of drivers and the complexity of road networks. This shortcoming led to the use of discrete solid state electronics until the use of a computer controlled microprocessor, but the intelligence of this method was still limited to meet the demand of the modern age. Thus, the need for the development of a traffic control system based on microcontrollers. This article explores the design and implementation of a microcontroller-based traffic light system for the control of road intersections. The traffic light system is designed with a programmable integrated circuit (PIC) 16F84A microcontroller, power section, crystal oscillator and light emitting diode (LED). Next, for effective traffic control, the PIC is implemented through an IC programmer using a mikrobasic program written in basic language. The developed traffic control system is tested by constructing a prototype that resembles the actual application. The prototype functionality shows that the developed system can be used for real-time traffic control at the intersection of roads. In addition, the developed system can be used as a training kit for learning the design and operation of the traffic light control system.
