An authorization is a certificate that gives permission to disassociate from an institution. Seniors who have met the academic requirements for graduation must undergo an approval process before they are disassociated from the University. The compensation process involves the academic department of the student, Faculty, Stock Exchange, Student Affairs, Library, Shelter, Sports Department, Health Center and Registration (Examinations and Records). A student is allowed to pick up his graduation certificate only after he / she has been authorized to have something done. Currently, the student approval process is done manually at the institutions. The goal of this project is to design and develop an online student settlement system using PHP and MySQL that will eliminate delays in the manual process and create a central repository for students to be cleared. It will be implemented as a web-based application that will be a central repository for cleaning students. The main modules of the settlement system are Main Module, Clearance / Clear / Undelete and Manage. The user is created and managed by the system administrator using the Administer module.
Computer Software Online Based Separation System is an internet based research work that helps build an effective information management for schools. It is aimed at developing a computer software system that replaces the manual authorization method for graduate students. The designed software will serve as a more reliable and effective means of carrying out student authorization, eliminating all forms of delay and stress, as well as allowing you to understand the procedure involved, as well as how to approve it online . This project work makes use of the collection of university data, materials and magazines from various authors and the software was developed to effectively achieve the project objective. In this project, the implementation of the computer-based system was carried out using PHP for the program.
