The objective of this system of student management is to build a system that will be able to manage the data of the alumni of a school and facilitate access to them. Students at a university usually keep in touch with their immediate friends, but find it difficult to stay connected with other college colleagues. Contact between alumni can be used to forge business connections and obtain referrals or knowledge in a new field. New college students will initially be given a student ID. Access to the system can help them build connections to help them with their projects or placements.
The system will automatically list all college students as graduates and their account status will be transferred from the student module to the student module. Users will be asked to update the details of the social network, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Users can also choose to automatically share new updates in the working state from their LinkedIn profile. Users will also be able to share and promote their business Facebook pages or Twitter handles through the system. This unique system will be able to avoid the requirement of any other Alumni organization. The system can track the user's location as indicated by the user. Once the system realizes that more than 10 students are available in the same city you can notify all of them about the possibility of a meeting.
Alumni may also provide public posts in the system about potential employment opportunities or other college related news. Since it is unlikely that alumni check the system frequently the system will be able to collect all public posts and create a newsletter that can be emailed to all alumni. The system also features privacy. Users can determine what information they want to share and who they want to share it with. For example, users can choose to share their Facebook profile name and mobile number with students who graduated in the same year as them. The system will also feature a chat feature that will allow alumni to converse without revealing their mobile number or their personal email ID.
