The actual power required for the machine equipment depends on the resistance to the movement of the machine. Some of these resistors are wind resistance, rolling resistance and gradient resistance. Even now, in 98% of contemporary machines that work, this energy for movement is provided by the burning of fossil fuels in IC engines or external combustion engines. This, of course, has led to widespread pollution of air, water and noise and, more importantly, has led to a realistic energy crisis in the near future. The main objective of our project has been the development of an opearted remote drilling machine, which is solar and wind. In this machine we use a solar panel and a horizontal wind turbine to capture and convert solar and wind energy into electric energy which in turn is used to charge four 12V batteries, which then gives the necessary power to a DC motor of derivation. Consequently, this project seeks to make electrical and mechanical systems share their powers efficiently. Given the rising pollution levels and the stringent EURO-II and successive pollution standards set by the POLLUTION CONTROL BOARDS, and given that fossil fuels are depleting, they are likely to last in the coming decades O Reduce the cost of running the drilling machine, we are in an attempt to incorporate the features mentioned above into our drilling machine.
MECHANISM
The drilling machine is very simple machine. Work or work piece is fixed on the work table. Tool rotating at high speed, is introduced into the workpiece for its operation. We use the energy or electricity generated by the solar panel and the wind turbine to operate the machine. Solar energy is connected directly to the battery for power generation and the wind turbine is coupled to the stepper motor, when the windmill rotates the stepper motor coupled to it will start to rotate clockwise or Counterclockwise. When the stepper motor rotates, kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy and the generated energy is stored in battery. The prototype manufacture consists of drill machine which is connected to DC motor, drill machine can be moved up and down using the remote. This system provides security and accuracy, as operated. The remotely operated drilling machine comes to the target a position has required.
APPLICATIONS
A drilling machine, called a drill press, is used to cut holes in or through metal, wood or other materials. Drilling machines use a drilling tool that has cut edges at its point. This cutting tool is held in the drill press by means of a mandrel or a Morse cone and is rotated and fed to the work at variable speeds. Drilling machines can be used to perform other operations. They can perform milling, drilling, drilling, beading, milling and tapping. Disk press operators should know how to set up work, adjust speed and power, and provide refrigerant to obtain an acceptable final product. The size or capacity of the drilling machine is usually determined by the largest piece of stock that can be drilled in the middle.
