Structure of Kudumbashree
The three-tier framework .
1.Neighbourhood Group (NHG)
*Lowest level
*10-20 women members
2.Area Development Society (ADS)
*Second level
*Formed at ward level of Panchayat Municipality.
*ADS are decided by - the representatives of the women, elected from NHG
3.Community Development Society (CDS)
*Panchayat / Municipal Level
* A registered body; under the Trayancore- Cochin Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Act 1955
