Mahila Samridhi Yojana (MSY)

*Under this scheme any adult rural women can open the MSY account in the post office with a minimum deposit of Rs.4/- or in multiples of Rs.4/- subject to a maximum of Rs.300/-
*Eligibility criteria for MSY - The rural women above 18 years.
*MSY was merged with Mahila Swayam Sidha Yojana in

*The limit of micro credit to a beneficiary under the Mahila Samridhi Yojana Scheme is 25000.
*The main aims behind this scheme are Empowering the rural women through building thrift habit, self reliance and confidence.
*It also aims at encouraging the rural women’s habit of saving through post offices.
National Food for Work Programme (NFFWP)

*Food grains are provided at the rate of
