Introduction
A vast variety of information is available from the internet and hence the need for providing security hence increases. The websites that have illegal information can install potential threats in the computer and also the maintaining the secrecy of the accounts is also there. Also, the the students who uses the internet should be monitored for maintaing the accounts. The project aimed SMART INTERNET CAFE aims at providing the above mentioned services to the internet managers for monitoring and maintaining the internet users.

Overview Of the Project
In this project, the the administrator of an internet cafe is given the full previlege and allows the access to the pages as well as maintaining the accounts of the users. The user must register as a user in the network to use the services. a medium for accounting the internet account of a user is also implemented in the project.
The user who comes in to browse must provide the username as well as the password to log himself in to the main internet channel so that he has access to the web. the major server will be keeping an eye on the web pages he/she use and the accounting module tracks the usage time.The administrator is sent a message when the user exceeds his usage quota or time and the user is presented with a warning at his next login.
