SHASHI INDUSTRIES produces agarbatties for domestic market while SHASHI EXPORTS produces aggarbatties for international market. HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT
The foundation of Shashi Industry was given by Mr. SHASHIBHAI VADHAR in 1960 with the great enthusiastic effort. Later on in 1945-95, it was transformed into partnership firm. During the earlier stages of establishment period, company was engaged in producing “Pan Masala and kiman” and other related products. With the progress of the time, the company moved towards producing quality agarbatties with several different types of fragrance agarbatties. In the year 1976, it started ahead with the introduction of “AVON” agarbatti. In addition to this, the company introduces “PAVITRA CHANDAN” In 1980 and “RUTURAJ” IN 1978. Brands giving strength to their product line with the strong response received from the market. The company’s profit grown up to 8 to 10 lacks which boosted to the economic growth leading to the strong financial position of the company. Its current turnover is of Rs.8 crores.
The pace of progress was to unique as in the year 1985, Shashi Industry introduced its famous brand agarbatti “MAZA”, which succeed in the market. After the success, the company introduced one more brand “DENIM” IN 1989. These two brands give the company a golden success in the market. The company is famous mostly of only by “MAZA” and “DENIM” agarbatties. Some of their products are region-wise popular. E.g. “MOGRA” & “KEVDA” are popular in Gujarat, “CAMAY” in Bihar, and “JAIPUR” in Rajasthan etc…
Today, the company has 45 types of Agarbatties in their production line. The products of this company are different fragrance agarbatti.

Agarbatties are used in so many things and it requires small capital investment so it has wide scope in our country. This is totally a handicraft industry so there is no question of paying any excise or duties or any other taxes. Therefore, there are no obstacles of any taxes in its way for its development. This can also be easily produced at home.
Stabilizers under the name of “TINA ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD.” With the brand name of “MIRACLE”. This stabilizer has a favorable reply from people.
At the time of incorporation, this unit was a sole proprietorship firm but it has been now converted into the partnership firm from last 7 years. In current time, Mr.Shashibhai and his sons are the partners of Shashi Industry.
