Hi am Anand i would like to get details on seminar report on microscale heat transfer ..My friend nilesh said seminar report on microscale heat transfer will be available here and now i am living at surat,Gujarat, india. and I am a student of sardar vallabhbhai patel national institute of technology, surat. The analysis of heat transfer at microscale is unconventional and often challenging, since the Fourier heat conduction equation or the continuity assumption fails because the characteristic dimension of the structures becomes comparable to the average free path of the carriers of energy in semiconductors (phonons) and metals (electrons). A phonon refers to the energy quanta of reticular vibrations in semiconductors like Si and Ge. Phonons can be treated as particles despite the fact that they are propagating wave packets, which carry energy through the crystal lattice.
