Locating positions using GPS . critical measurements using RTOS. Handy mobile phone tied in Wrists measures the pulse and temperature. When it exceeds the critical level, automatically mobile phone sends message to satellites. By using some mathematical calculations GPS calculates the position of the victim and sends message to the nearest hospital from the stored database
