In this research work it is reported that on the basis of bombardment action can be divided into two categories. Hand operated and operated with pedal, a manually operated pean decorticator of 50-75 kg per Hr capacity was evaluated. When a peanut operated peanut decorticator was found to have a capacity of 72 kg per Hr.

From the previous research work, we have studied the manually operated and informed pean decorticator that the peanut receives less energy to be broken and is a tired process. Another view we have taken is that, the smaller the size of the sieve hole, the greater the pressure, therefore most pods will break, however, the size should not be so small that the beans break in the process of bombardment. So from the top view, we have taken these parameters.
