hi this is charu i wanted a welcome speech for national level confrence's valedictory function so please do help with it thank you

valedictory (adj) connected with farewell and take of the license.

A farewell speech is a farewell speech. A farewell function is an organized function at the end of an activity in which a group of people has participated.

• The farewell message from the principal to the passing students was very fit and moving. The farewell message was very well written and delivered in an appropriate manner.

• As the mandate of the current board of directors was nearing its end, a farewell meeting was held. The president gave his farewell message to the other retreating council members.
