RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The recruitment process of the Sanmar group is 5 times.
The process begins:
• with an online test that is a combination of technical and aptitude questions.
• Candidates who clarify the test with sufficient notes (the limit is high) are evaluated through a group discussion session.
• Those who qualify the DG will be taken to the next round, which is a fundamental human resource round. It is a personal interview and involves general questions about your family, past experiences, etc.
• After qualifying this, there is a round of Technical Interview. Questions about your projects, the topics in your specialty will be asked.
• After the qualification of this round, there is the last round of human resources, which implies an insufficient questioning of his personality and the question of why he is prepared for this work.
