what are construction companies that recruit through rsat

As per my understanding about these tests its a portal which attempts to bring job seekers and recruiters on a common platform. Personally I do not feel this is really a genuine place. Its a kind of business some one is doing with the unemployed youth. You will give your credentials such as email and phone numbers after which Job recruiters may/may not call you but the publicity smses and fooling offer emails will definitely flood in. Because, apart from recruiters these firms also earn money by selling numbers and emails to marketing groups. I might be wrong. however, but the question seeker is convinced that RSAT is genuine then he/she may read further:

Since this question is asked specifically with reference to Mechanical engineers I will try to be as specific as possible. However this theory applies to any field work.
1. Try to figure out how much RSAT is popular among recruiters. If you can hold any employee who has joined a company through RSAT and is happy ask him his views. I have no idea about where do people go after giving RSAT as in my interactions with so many people till date I have never heard anyone take the name / path of RSAT. Do not believe on those who are shown on RSAT's website. you are wise enough to know why.

2. RSAT is a test which can be given by person belonging to any field as it claims so basically it is checking your soft skills. Technical things will only come into picture if any company related to your field approaches RSAT mediators and sets an interview with you. This is risky thing. You may end up in job which you might not like. It might not be related to your field too. Because there are many companies which do not neccessarily seek a specific qualification.

3. As such job market in India presently is not good. So more than recruiting, the companies are cutting cost and shredding employees. So the probability that good companies will go to RSAT people is very less because most of the time their recruitment demands are met by campus interviews or other government recognized exams such as GATE or their own evaluation system.

4.Even after considering above constraints if the seeker likes to go for RSAT then he/she must remember that they should evaluate the company which they are joining just like company evaluates you before taking you. You getting a job doesnt guarantee you to be work experience holder after some days. and then you might get stuck up. The good thing is that ultimately the job seeker has to take the decision if he/she wants to join that firm or not. So be very careful in making choices. And verify each step as you proceed as much as you can. And in no circumstance sign on any document without reading.

I would personally recommend NO for these exams. But if it is the necessity to earn anyhow whatever then one may take the risk but cautiously.
