.Introduction
Viewing available jobs, or applying for the job at the agency is currentlydone manually where in the job seekers has to go to the agency andcheck the available jobs at the agency. Job seekers check the list of jobsavailable and apply the job if the job is not available otherwise it is of waste for the job seeker to come to the agency to come to check for the job if the job seeker doesn’t get the job. Then the agency will showavailable jobs for the job seeker for his qualifications and the then updatesthe jobs database. This takes at least one to two hours if the job seeker isavailable at the near by place otherwise it may take more time.We have decided to investigate the use of an Online Foreign Job ApplyingSystem. This system would be used by members who may be Jobseekers or Agencies to check the availability of the jobs and apply the jobfor job seekers, and by the agencies to update the databases. Product Functions
The Online Job Portal System provides online real time informationabout the jobs available in the agencies and the user information. TheProduct functions are more or less the same as described in theproduct perspective. The functions of the system include the systemproviding different type of services based on the type of users[Member/Admin].


The main Scope of study: -
1. It should contain all the information of Company and Vacancy which is in this site.
2. It should contain all the information of Job Seeker like Personal Detail,
Professional Detail, and Educational Detail etc.
3. It should process and evaluate jobs registered by companies.
4. It should contain information related to Job expiry or re registration.
5. It should maintain proper financial records.
6. It should have Administrator for scheduling administrative work of site.
Objective of the project:
Computerized on Line Job Search System is developed to facilitate the
General administration system to manage the various information of the Job Seeker
and Job Provider and the processes involved in a placement company. So, that
organization can access accurate information quickly and easily as and when
required, thereby improving its operational efficiency & effectiveness
In today’s competitive environment, where Everybody wants to be on the
top, Information plays very crucial role. As fast as information is accessed and
processed, it can give good results.
