The user of any system has moral right to get services of expected quality level. To fulfill the requirement of Quality of Services (QoS), mobile system and service provider reserve resources. But this unavoidable reservation results into an inefficient design which requires more power. Therefore, the system must adapt itself with respect to changes in user requirement of QoS. Thus we require a system-on-chip (SoC) architecture which facilitates runtime reconfiguration. Field Programmable Gate Arrays is one that supports aforementioned technology. Thus when user feels device is running out-of-power, he can save power by requesting for low quality of service. The proposal presents a technique for on-the-fly remote reconfiguration of mobile device, which is optimized according
to the Requested Quality of Services (RQoS). The method is initiated by mobile device user he sends RQoS parameters to remote server which analyzes RQoS and transmits new reconfiguration bit-stream to mobile device. The stream then can be used for reconfiguration of device.
