The College Bus Management System Project in Java is a desktop system aimed at students, the university administration to maintain the bus facilities. The system takes student information as an input source and attempts to maintain bus services. Allows flexibility during these processes.

The system generates comprehensive reports related to the management of the buses, ie fees paid, fees, routine no. & bus stop. The reports highlight several bus services and bus features, which may be the subject of improvements, especially for college administration to improve the bus transportation system.
The system requires a comparatively small amount of resources such as memory, input / output devices, and disk space.
The overall system maintains the focus on highlighting the key features of bus services.
Objectives of the system:
Develop such software that everyone who works in the management of school buses can handle easily. The trainer can easily store and retrieve data. And therefore, keeping these large target segments in focus, the system was developed.
Economic factors were also resolved by keeping the target segments focused. The goal of developing a tool for both technicians and non-technical users was achieved.
University Bus Management System User Requirement:
• You need to have basic computer skills.
• You need some guidance to be able to use the software efficiently.
Limitations:
• Not tested on platforms like Linux and Mac
• Standalone system without Internet support.
