Remote Software Installation
Basically, REMOTE SOFTWARE INSTALLATION is a collection of tools that allow the network administrator, sitting at his or her desk, to manage a network of remote PCs and accomplish those tasks that would otherwise require running from one PC to the next. These tasks include the installation of new applications and updates, remote control or monitoring of network workstations, keeping an inventory of software and hardware installed on those systems, and many other functions that will be described in detail throughout the manual.
REMOTE SOFTWARE INSTALLATION is a new and powerful innovation that enables network administrators to deploy different applications on remote machines.
Users can install and uninstall different products on remote machines without physically visiting them. RSI comes up with a continuously growing list of already configured installation scripts; all you have to do is, select the application from
the list and rest will be handled by RSI. You can also create your custom installation scripts with built-in installation script editor
