REFUND OF INITIAL FEE PAID AT ADMISSION CENTER

1. Candidates who surrendered seat and did NOT get any seat allotment in 4th and 5th
round, will get their initial deposit amount of Rs. 34,000 (OP/OPPH/OBC/OBCPH) or Rs.
24,000 (SC/SCPH/ST/STPH) from CCB at their postal address. This refund will be made
after 1st November 2010 as refund process takes considerable amount of time.
2. Candidates who took provisional admission after paying initial fees in the first three
rounds and did NOT report to the allotted institute during July 16-19, 2010, and have
not collected their initial fee from the Admission Center, will get back their initial
deposit of Rs. 34,000 (OP/OPPH/OBC/OBCPH) or Rs. 24,000 (SC/SCPH/ST/STPH) from
CCB at their postal address. This refund will be made after 1st November 2010 as refund
process takes considerable amount of time.
3. Candidates who cancelled their admissions after joining the institute, will get their
refund(if cancellations are before 1st August 2010) from the institute as per rules in due
course of time. Candidates are advised to contact the institute for further information
after 1st November 2010, as refund process takes considerable amount of time. No
information will be available from CCB in this regard.
4. Candidates who cancelled their admissions after joining the institute, after 1st August
2010, are not eligible for any refund at this point of time. However, if CCB conducts any
admission round after 7th August 2010, then, these candidates will get refund as per CCB
rules.
5. A Candidate who had surrendered a seat and gets a seat allotment in 5th round but does
not report to the allotted institute, will NOT get any refund. However, if CCB conducts
any admission round after 7th August 2010, then, these candidates will get refund as per
CCB rules.
