What is a RAD model
Rapid application development (RAD) is an incremental software development process model that emphasizes an extremely short development cycle.

If very tight time constraints are imposed and the problem can be heavily compartmentalized, the RAD model is probably the right option.

The RAD encompasses the fallowing phases

1) Business modeling 2)Data modeling.

3) Process modeling 4)Application generation.

Total Video Converter is a powerful and versatile video conversion software
which supports playing, converting all kinds of video and audio formats files to be played in iPod, PSP, Zune, cellphone, PMP, PDA etc.

Team 1 has to develop the core or basic model of the software using customer requirements.
the base model consist of three options newtask, remove, convert now
in this section the team will provide software for import files from your computer or from net, and you can import no of files at a time.
using remove option you can remove files which are unnecessary

In basic model team only give few file conversions mp3,mpeg,mp4 and 3gp
User can set the desired destination folder location
Convertion will show you how much time it will take, what persentage of conversion was done and how much kilobytes of memory it takes.

Using multiplexing we can add specific audio and videos of different type make a verity of videos.

Team 4 has to develop major tools like image conversion, photo slideshow,combining multiple files and image,audio and video capturing or cutting.
Using image conversion we can convert images of different formats like jpeg,bmp,gif,photoshop,xmp,png,tnip..etc
We can make slideshow videos using images and we can add audio also

We can combine several files of same file format using combining files tool.
Using capture and cutting tool we can capture the specific frame as image.
We can cut make mobile ringtones using audio cutter.
And capture the video scenes from the video file

Using virtual media player of the software we can capture the video through watching it.

Using this media burner we can burn cds and dvds.
Some features included to convert videos ia a format that will support all dvd players for television pupose.
Special dj software is added, using this dj software we can remix our audio songs
