What is R-SAT?

R-SAT is designed to assess the Entry-Level Job seeker’s skill set to ensure that the candidate is the best applicant for hiring. R-SAT Score Card is the Standard for Employers to filter the candidates for their recruitments. Based on the Employer’s criteria and Candidate’s R-SAT Score Card , Job Selection Procedure will be performed.

At Present R-SAT is conducted over Online and 50 Questions will be there at exam. Duration will be 30 Minutes. So you are required to answer questions by allocating time to each question.

You can Book The Exam by Paying Fee(Rs.300) via Online Payment. Once you have paid The Fee, You will be allotted with Applicant Identification Number (Applicant Id). Once you are issued with Applicant Id, you will receive the Exam Slot and Procedure to attend for the exam.

Question : What is The Cut-off Mark to Pass or Fail in this Exam?

Answer:
• The Minimum Pass Mark is 55%, which will be used to make your Profile available to the Employers.
• Candidates who has scored 70 % - 80 % will be Classified under Skilled Candidates (who are really deserve to get an Interview Call).
• Candidates who has score 80 % + can be classified as Top Skilled Candidates ( who are really having potential to Get selected for the Job)
• Below 55% Scored candidates will be considered as Fail and , Profile wont be visible for the Employers.

This Score Is Valid For 6 Months. That means , your Profile will be visible to the Employer for 6 Months from the Date of the Examination.

The Cut-Off Mark for calling the Job Interview will be decided by the Employer. Generally it will be from 55 % to 100 % , which will be decided by the Employers as per their requirements.

Every Employer wants Merit Candidates. So Try to score as much as possible to get the Job Interview Call.

Keep in mind that , Employer will communicate with you for The Job Interview. Once you have met the criteria of the Employer , you will be offered with the job ,as per their company norms.
Question: I haven’t scored Good Score. Can I retake the Test?

Yes , You can Re-take the Test by Paying the Fee again. Candidates who attended R-SAT Exam in the Past 9 Months are not eligible.
