This device quick-release jack with gear arrangement for car garages, has been developed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized car garages, which are usually powered by men with a minimum of specialized work. In most garages, vehicles are lifted using a screw jack. This needs a lot of manpower and skilled work. To avoid all these disadvantages. This motorized hydraulic jack has been designed in such a way that it can be used to lift the vehicle very smoothly without any impact force. The operation is done in a simple way, you can even handle an unskilled labor, simply demonstrating the operation of the motorized hydraulic jack once.

The Rapid Lift Jack is a device used to lift heavy loads by applying a much smaller force. The principle of operation of a jack of rapid elevation can be explained with the aid of Fig. Consider an arrangement of two helical gears, which operate on two helical gears with different diameters.

Rapid lift jacks and many other technological breakthroughs such as car brakes and dental chairs work. The wiper motor is used to rotate the helical gear arrangements. A helical gear is a gear that has very curved teeth. Commonly found in manual transmissions. The helical gears mesh more smoothly than straight gears, and are much quieter during operation thanks to curved teeth that maintain constant contact with each other while the gears rotate. The wiper motors are designed to operate at two speeds. The engine consists of three brushes namely; common, low speed and high speed. Two of the brushes will be supplied for different modes of operation. These wiper motors have a higher torque compared to other engines.

Because of this torque, the helical springs begin to rotate. The Jack arrangement will be attached to the helical gear. The clockwise rotation of the wiper motor jack will rotate upward and the left rotation of the wiper motor jack will rotate down.
