Kudumbasree can be considered as one of the programs launched by the Kerala government for the uprising of women. The Kudumbasree Units encourage women to use their skills, abilities, talents, innovative ideas, etc. In an efficient way that can make the status of men and women equal. It will also motivate them to work harder, which can ultimately lead to their job satisfaction.
