The purpose of this customer preference study will help us understand the needs and desires of customers towards Royal Enfield. The study could provide timely and timely information on the position of the customer's preference level towards Royal Enfield. As the objectives of this study is to analyze the preference of the customer and to know the level of customer satisfaction towards the ironic brand Royal Enfield. This study also investigates the services and factors that influence customers to purchase Royal Enfield bicycles and also identify what customers expect from the Royal Enfield. Know customer preference and factor influencing customer preference in the purchasing decision process. Customer preference is strongly influenced by cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. For this purpose, 120 clients were selected and the different responses were obtained based on the questionnaire method. Overall it was found that most of the customers are choosing Royal Enfield vehicles due to their vehicle appearance, pickup, good looks and engine appearance etc.
