In the power hacksaw machine, can we use the automatic feed mechanism for faster output and hence saving time for feeding the workpiece.

Today automation in industries plays an important role. Almost all machines are atomised. Electronic switches and servomotors are used to perform this automation process. This is one of the automation processes by using the torque motor. The bar feeding machine is our project, which is fixed with the motor and with the electronic automations. The motor automatically controls the more round bar in the mechanism by electronic automations. The round bar ms can be moved in the mechanism with the regular time interval. The time interval can be determined by the keyboard, which is interconnected with the control unit. The control unit will control the motor through the motor controller.

Automation or automatic control is the use of various control systems to operate equipment such as machinery, factory processes, boilers and heat treatment furnaces, ignition of telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications and vehicles with minimum or reduced human intervention. Some processes have been completely automated. The greatest benefit of automation is that it saves manpower; however, it is also used to save energy and materials and to improve quality, accuracy and precision. The term automation, inspired by the earlier automatic word (from the automaton), was not widely used before 1947, when Ford established an automation department. It was during this time that the industry was rapidly adopting feedback drivers, which were introduced in the 1930s. Automation has been achieved by various means including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic devices and computers, usually in combination . Complicated systems, such as modern factories, aircraft and ships typically use all this combined technique. Today almost the entire manufacturing process is being automated in order to deliver the products at a faster rate.
