The pedal operated machine has been designed and manufactured for the cutting of different metals. The obtained data were analyzed and compared with the cutting time required for the electric saw machine and the manual metal saw. The machine has a mechanical advantage of 0.45 (less than one) and a mechanical efficiency of 79%, which indicates that this manual saw machine is more beneficial than the electric or manual machine, since it does not consume electricity and works without Much human input Compared hand operated metal saw.
