Please give Problem statement on blood banking management system

Problem Statement

At present, the public can only know blood donation events through conventional media such as radio, news newspapers or television commercials. There is no information about blood donation programs available on any of the portals. The current system used by the blood bank is the manual system. With the manual system, there are problems in the management of donor registries. Donor records may not be kept securely and donor records may be missing due to human error or disaster. In addition, errors may occur when staff maintains more than one record for the same donor. There is no centralized database of voluntary donors. Therefore, it becomes really tedious for a person to search for blood in an emergency. The only option is to manually search and match donors and then make phone calls to each donor. Nor is there a centralized database for keeping donor records. Each bank has its own donor records. If a donor donates to different hospitals, no previous record can be traced unless the donor brings the donation certificate. Therefore, the donor is considered to be a first chronicler if they donate blood in a new place. Without an automated management system, there are also problems in tracking the actual amount of each type of blood in the blood bank. Also, there is no alert available when the amount of blood is below your par level or when the blood in the bank has expired.
