I'm a class 12 student and I want to ask that is principle of order is followed by pizza hut or not?

Henry fayol Principles of administration followed by pizza hut


1. Division of Labour
Pizza hut allows the individual to accumulate experience, and to continuously improve their skills. Therefore, it can be more productive.

2. Authority
The right to issue mandates, along with which should be the balanced responsibility of their role. And the principle of authority is strictly followed in the pizza hut.

3. Discipline
Employees must obey, but this is two-sided: employees will only obey orders if management plays its part by providing good leadership. Evry's employee at the pizza hut is well-disciplined. Not only in some outlets but all over the world.

4. Command Unit
Each worker should have only one boss without other conflicting command lines. Only the top manager manages the entire branch so this principle is well aplied.

5. Management Unit
People who participate in the same type of activities should have the same goals in a single plan. This is essential to ensure unity and coordination in the company. The control unit does not exist without a steering unit, but does not necessarily flow from it.

6. Subordination of individual interest
Management must see that corporate goals are always paramount. And in the pizza hut their goals are paramount.

7. Remuneration
Payment is an important motivator, although when analyzing a series of possibilities, Fayol points out that there is no such thing as a perfect system.

8. Centralization (or decentralization)
This is a matter of degree depending on the condition of the business and the quality of its staff. This is the subject depends on the condition of the pizza hut business environment.

9. Scalar Chain (Line of Authority)
A hierarchy is required for the address unit. But lateral communication is also essential, as long as the superiors know that such communication is taking place. The scalar chain refers to the number of levels in the hierarchy from the final authority to the lowest level in the organization. It should not be overstated and consist of too many levels.

10. Order
Both the material order and the social order are necessary. The first minimizes lost time and useless handling of materials. The latter is achieved through organization and selection. Evry thing is properly located in pizza hut.

11. Equity
In managing a business a "combination of goodness and justice" is necessary. Treating employees well is important for achieving equity. There is no inequality between pizza hut employees.

12. Stability of staff tenure
Employees work better if job security and career progress are assured to them. Unsafe tenure and a high employee turnover rate will adversely affect the organization. At the pizza house there is security at the work of evry employee, as well as becouse managers is a very reputable fast food chain.

13. Initiative
Allowing all staff to show their initiative in some way is a source of strength for the organization. Although it may involve a sacrifice of "personal vanity" by many managers. Pizza Hut managers continue to motivate employees for better efficiency.

14. Esprit de Corps
Management must encourage the morale of its employees. It also suggests that "real talent is needed to coordinate effort, to stimulate sharpness, to use each person's abilities, and to reward each person's merit without arousing possible jealousy and disturbing harmonious relationships."
