Every year more than 500,000 million pounds of new plastic are made and approximately 33% of this is for single use and thrown away. Since so little plastic is recycled, we need to rework the plastic waste as an underutilized resource versus one that is destined for the landfill. If all the plastic wastes arrive at the landfill, they would probably be mined in the future, but at present all plastic waste does not enter our landfills. The United Nations estimates that plastic accounts account for four-fifths of the garbage accumulated in the world's oceans. We have to stop polluting our oceans with plastic before it's too late, and start collecting all the right plastics for this new technology, pretty simple, a technology that is available now.

For this technology, the type of plastic they convert into fuel is important. If you burn pure hydrocarbons such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), you will produce a fairly clean burning fuel. But burning PVC and large amounts of chlorine will corrode the reactor and pollute the environment. The combustion of PETE releases oxygen in the private oxygen chamber thus reducing processing, and PETE recycles efficiently in recycling centers, so it is better to recycle PETE traditionally. HDPE (jars) and LDPE (bags and films) are basically polyethylene as usable as fuel as well, just slightly more polluting as a heavier heavier fuel is created. But the extra processing can even convert the HDPE into a clean diesel. "Polyethylene and polypropylene are pure hydrocarbons, only they are arranged in long chains.If you cut those chains in the shortest, you get oil, if you cut them even further, you get diesel, and if you cut them again, you get gasoline and, Finally, burnable gas ".
