Punching pneumatic helps to make the hole in sheet metal by using compressed air. The pneumatic actuators controlled the power to the punch, so the Operator must provide a modest effort regardless of the conditions. The pneumatic drilling machine helps to drill the hole in various sizes by changing tool. Since the space between the punch and the die is very small, the plastic deformation occurs in a localized area and the sheet material adjacent the cutting edges of the die and die edges becomes highly stressed, causing The fracture starts on both sides of the blade as the deformation progresses.
