This article describes the design of the network system for speed control, compression and error correction video for limited resources of embedded devices based on the theory of compressed sensing (CS): the purpose of this work is to develop a system of cross-layer, which jointly controls the speed of the video encoding, the data rate and speed channel coding, to maximize the quality of the video signal. First, compressed sensing based on encoding video for transmission over wireless sensor networks (WMSNs) multimedia is being studied. Shows that compressed sensing can overcome many of the current problems of video transfer on WMSNs, the first encoder complexity and low resistance to channel errors.Speed controller then developed to maintain equity between the different video and simultaneously maximize the quality of the received signal. Shows that the rate of compressed sensing Video (CSV) can be expected to control, changing only the compressed sensing sampling rate. Then showed that the speed controller can be interpreted as the iterative solution of convex optimization, which optimize the allocation rate across the network. Error resiliency properties of compressed sensing of images and videos, then studied, and optimal detection and correction scheme is presented for video transmission over lossy channels. Finally, the entire system is evaluated using simulation and test evaluation.Speed controller shown to outperform existing schemes of TCP speed control people, in terms of both fairness and quality of the received signal. The results of a test-bed showed that the percentage of converge to a stable value in real-world channels.
