At present accidents occur mainly due to rush driving and on road speed. People do not care about human lives. Accident rates are increasing year by year by more vehicles to land. The government has taken many steps to avoid this kind of thing, but it is not enough. Most manufacturers have developed a laser-based control system, but their cost is too high. But it is again a difficulty when the human crosses the road that he can not detect correctly so we try to develop a system to control these things in a simple way. At first we have an idea to use laser diodes but it was expensive so we are going to IR module again there is a delay in the use of this works under the line of sight so we finally decided to use RF. The RF transmitter is in the areas of the road zone and the receiver is placed in the vehicle. It then transfers the information to the controller. The current speed will be monitored by the separate module or by using ultrasonic sensor which also sends information to the controller. The controller compares the speed and the controller does not decrease the speed that the control automatically transfers, but the driver again operates it manually and exceeds the limited speed means that the information is transferred to the nearest police station. The information contains the current speed and vehicle registration number. The controller transmits the information with the help of the GSM module. Then the amount of the penalty is paid by the owner.
