Hello, my name is Angela. I am with WDS Enterprises. We are a trucking company. We had a delivery of Chicken sent to 1106. I spoke with Amy and she found out that the shipment went to their DEPOT. She provided me with a phone number to the DEPOT. When I called that number, they said that they do not keep that information there, that I need to go to PODrequests[at]COSTCO.com.
I am now here trying to get the sticker that goes along with the Bill of Lading.
The date of delivery was 12/22/2017 @18:00

The shipment came from Pilgrim's Pride in Guntersville
and was delivered to the Cosco Depot 0121
